Concepts have always come easily to me. I think in words and pictures. I break things down until I can understand. I look at an idea inside, outside, upside, and downside. The end-to-end vision comes to me quickly. I have the ability to fill in the blanks while taking others along on the journey. 

Once I get the idea, I'm ready to share the idea with others. I can often do so with relatability, a  bit of kind humor and a at times a touch of grace.
